Bio

This journal is for posting pictures of the bento box lunches I pack for my 6 year old and 5 year old sons who attend a Montessori school. We are a vegan family who center on organic fresh foods while limiting the processed foods and soy consumed in our diet. In January 2007 I purchased my first Bento Box for my older son and he fell in love with it. I knew I had a winner when it came to what to use for school-lunches.

Now that my second son has started school I'm now packing two bento boxes every day, and both of them love the variety of foods I give them.

I couldn't be happier about taking the time to send them out into the world with a healthy vegan lunch, and look forward to the day I'm sending all four of my sons off to school with Bento Boxes filled with vegan food.

Currently my oldest two sons go to school, and I have two other sons who I'm a full-time SAHM to. They are both 2 right now, though they're 11 months apart, and keep me busy. :)

Sometimes I get so busy that I get behind in posting the pictures, but I do take a picture every day, and I'm working on being more consistent with posting. That said,
